A great relationship is established between the professionals and members of the service users. They offer a subsidized fee due to their collaborative nature. Thus, the service user is able to save on costs. This greatly encourages them to be partners in the health care (Lacey 2013). There has also been evidence on customer satisfaction. The collaborative team work enhances the relationship between service providers and services users. The sense that the input of various stakeholders is coordinated and the organization is responsibility of that coordination is important in managing the client relationship. Thus this empowers the clients to be partn ers with their service providers. Organization systems and processes are also motivators for the clients. The clients are highly dependent on systems put in place by the professionals for effective service delivery. In line with this, I am involved in a team work activity involving the creation and presentation of a poster. This activity I am involved in took a period of time to research on. Each of my team members had a role to play in the research. We have an instructor guiding us through with our project. This poster is generated as oversize (36† by 48†) PowerPoint slides and printed using large poster printer. We had been provided with information about size, style, color, textbox information and other features. Earlier in the process, we had been provided with an assessment rubric that had been modified within the department overtime. The poster has a descriptive title that will be located at the top of the poster so that it is visible. Names and affiliations of us will follow the title. The content of the poster will start with an introduction, and ends with a conclusion. There will also be an abstract. The flow of information in the poster is also key in our project and we will organize the material in to columns and ensure that there are no grammatical errors (Gehlert & Browne 2012).
